Prime Minister Raila Odinga, who is also the leader of the Orange Democratic Movement, will address the party's conference.
The conference brings together the Party's National Executive Committee, the Parliamentary Group and women and youth leaders and other officials. It will be used to take stock and set the tone and agenda for the new leaders and the party.
